But this movie is kind of a dumpster fire.I haven’t thought about this movie since I saw it when in premiered in 2015. Inevitably, she's not popular at school, to the point where she pretends to be British whenever she talks to her crush - and he never twigs, because she's so socially irrelevant - but she's sure her filmmaking talent will take her away from the hometown she despises.
