Tyrannical Affix No Longer Affects Boss Mobs in Shadowlands
Tyrannical and Fortified are not compelling affixes and don't add interesting gameplay. It's time to head back into the Mists! Maybe just tune the scaling of keys to Incorporate some of the damage/health among all mobs or something, but not to the extreme that Tyrannical ruins keys.
