I was told it'd be unlimited 4G, no issues. I have reset it and removed / reset the SIM.

I didn't seem to have this problem when I was purchasing 10/month. Has anybody else been having this issue? Does the limiter work by capping the max download speed or does it work by slowing the speed to a percentage of the max available?

I have been having incredibly slow speeds on my phone the past several months, but recently it has been worse. Don't understand why it should be so difficult, considering what I pay, to get decent basic speeds on 4G...I'm not a data hog and rarely use more than 12-20GB a month so I shouldn't be deliberately "throttled" by the company, but who knows?
We've been full-time on the road since Labor Day and have been using a Verizon JetPack, sometimes coupled with a Wilson antenna booster. I've used my phone's Hotspot for testing (Verizon suggested) and pull in the same slow speeds and still get nowhere with them. The Verizon internet still terrible. When it comes to the speeds, are other Verizon users experiencing the same difficulties at the same location with their phones when not on Wi-Fi?
